(57) Abstract The free running micro controller (namely, the micro controller which does not have the reset signal) being, the micro controller the test or it has the special mode enabling detection logic in order to make special operational mode, the micro controller which has not possessed the profit of the dedicated pin for that kind of object is shown. On the other hand, this invention first impresses test voltage, in the free running micro controller, implements the methodology which shows the fact that it enters into static test mode. As for the device, when normal operation starts once, because it has not possessed the reset signal which is interrupted this normal operation, test voltage is impressed before the power source V _DD, the device, before being able to enter to normal mode, makes that it enters into static test mode secure.
