PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automate an account transfer request data preparing processing schedule by storing information necessary for scheduling in a parameter storage part, processing claim data by a client system part and sending processed data to a bank by a server system part. ;SOLUTION: A client system part 1 in a branch office is provided with an account transfer data preparing part 7 and a server system part 12 in a head office is provided with an account transfer request data preparing part 14. The business dates of a financial institution to be transferred and transmission time for transmitting account transfer request data to the financial institution are stored in respective parameter storage parts 5, 15 of both the systems 1, 12 and a transmission part 19 requests transmission while referring to the business dates of the financial institution. A processing date for preparing account transfer data is determined based on a transfer date and a receiving period. The account transfer data are transmitted to the financial institution having the account to be transferred on a transmission date calculated based on the transfer date and the receiving period.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1999,JPO
