PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information distribution system capable of facilitating the spread of information to a large number of unspecified users and easily analyzing the needs of information users or effect of information disclosure. ;SOLUTION: The information disclosing server 1 converts information 6 provided from an information provider 2 into an information program 10 and transmits this information program 10 to an information terminal 5a. When that information program 10 is not to be utilized, the information terminal 5a transmits the information program to an information terminal 5b of a user, who can not access the information disclosing server. The information terminal 5b further transmits that information program 10 to another information terminal 5c.
