PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To introduce an individual to a third person needing the individual by collecting the information of the individual who wants to make his/her own information known to many third persons and releasing the information to the public within his/her agreement on a specified homepage that can free be browsed. ;SOLUTION: The individual 1 who wants to make his/her own information known to many third persons provides the manager 2 of the homepage with individual information on the Internet, etc., (3) to release the information to the public on a homepage (4). A third person 5 wanting to collect the individual information accesses the homepage 4 to collect the information (6).
