PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for controlling a product temperature, by which the product temperature is prevented from becoming impossible to control when the flow of the product is stopped by performing heating control of a warm water introduced to a counter current-type heat exchanger only in a specific case. ;SOLUTION: A temperature of a product discharged from a counter current-type heat exchanger 1 is measured by a temperature sensor T₄, and a temperature of a warm water circulated to the heat exchanger by a pump 4 is measured by a sensor T₁. A temperature of the warm water in a channel 3 is regulated by regulating a line heater 5 and water valve 61 by a temperature controller 8 having a temperature setter 81, an adder 82 and a worm water regulator 83. A heating regulator 9 having a product temperature regulator 91 and a load limitation device 92 compares a product temperature t₄ and the warm water temperature t₁ by the regulator 91. When the difference of the both temperatures is within a prescribed range, a heating control is performed for regulating the warm water temperature to the set temperature by the heat regulator 9. Further, when the difference of the both temperatures is over the prescribed range, the heating control by the regulator 9 is stopped in the method for controlling a temperature of a product.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1998,JPO
