PURPOSE: To obtain a photosetting resin composition which can be dissolved and removed in a non-exposed area with an alkali soln. and has a high harden ing rate by incorporating a specified compd. into the molecular structure. ;CONSTITUTION: This photoreactive compd. is expressed by the formula. Or, this photoreactive compd. is polymerized, to which an azide compd. is added as a photosensitive agent to obtain a polymer compd. Further, this photoreactive compd. is polymerized with such a compd. containing ethylene-type unsatd. double bonds and carboxyl groups in one molecule to obtain a photosetting resin compsn. A coloring pigment is dispersed in this photosetting resin compsn. to obtain a color filter material.
