PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively reproduce a travel route calculated by e.g. a PC or other apparatus even in other apparatus such as navigation systems without executing troublesome works by the user. ;SOLUTION: Information about travel routes generated by a PC 10 are stored on a card type semiconductor storing medium 30 and the information about a travel route is read by a car-carried navigator 40 from the storing medium 30 to reproduce the travel route. The PC 10 comprises means for inputting information about destinations, means for generating a specified through-spot information based on the information about designations, and means for storing the through-spot information on the storing medium 30. The car-carried navigator 40 comprises means for reading the through-spot information stored on the storing medium 30, and means for outputting travel route information based on the read through-spot information.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2001,JPO
