PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent illegal reproduction with respect to contents data whose reproducible period is limited. ;SOLUTION: A reproducer is surely prevented from performing a reproduction processing without any restriction beyond a reproducible period by allowing a computer device 3 to increase the number of reproduction in accordance with the instruction of reproduction at the time the instruction of reproduction is performed and to renew the number of reproduction when the device detects a header from digital musical contents IC having a header consisting of a reproducible period, a reproducible frequency and the number of reproduction being stored in a flash memory 30 and musical data and also by allowing the computer device to make the reproducer repoduce the musical data in accordance with the instruction of the reproduction when the number of reproduction is within the reproducible frequency.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2001,JPO
