METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR PRODUCING CHRONOLOGICAL HISTORY

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a system for producing a chronological history which use a computer to produce a chronological history with easy work. SOLUTION: The chronological history is produced as follows; fundamental materials for production of the chronological history are collected (S1), and required information is extracted from fundamental materials to generate article data and this data is registered in an article database 1 (S2), and an elementary chronological table is generated based on the generated article data (S3), and a temporary contents code is added to each article based on the generated chronological table to generate a temporary table of contents (S4), and the article database is retrieved by using temporary contents codes are used to extract article data and these data are changed to a style of text documents (S5), and photographs and charts corresponding to text documents are extracted from the article database 1 to generate visual documents (S6), and contents of text documents and visual documents are examined and corrected (S7), and documents are arranged and edited by checking text documents and visual documents with each other (S8), and documents of references and the chronological table are generated (S9), and the entire chronological history is designed and laid out (S10), and it is proofread (S11).
