PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To hold an auction which has a game property and amuses participants by constituting a system where a loser at auction is charged by a programmed computer and the loser can bid with thus charge as plus something at the next auction. ;SOLUTION: These method and device are provided with a first determination means which determines a successful bidder on the basis of the time base, a second determination means which determines a successful bidder by differences of prices, and a means which determines losers in accordance with the determination result of the first determination means and that of the second determination means and charges them a certain amount at the next auction.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2001,JPO
