PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a worker cooperation promoting device and an execution element cooperation promoting device which can promote cooperation among workers although the cooperation among the workers and organization support are difficult in conventional worker mediating operation.;SOLUTION: At a request to register information of an execution element which is received from an execution-element side device 20, a CPU 11 registers the information of the execution element in a storage part 13, and also receives introduction information introducing another execution element and stores the information while relating it to the information of the execution element. At a request for information regarding an execution element from a customer-side device 30, the information of the execution element is provided and the information regarding the other execution element that the execution element introduces is also provided.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2001,JPO
