PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an auction platform which secures the complete implementation of an article charged transfer contract between individuals.;SOLUTION: The auction platform which mediates in the selling and buying contract of an article for sale registered by a seller at an auction site 100 as a buyer shows the intention to buy the article is equipped with a credit inquiring means 12 which inquires buyer information of a credit information providing server 21 and receives credit approval to the buyer, a means 16 which receives the desired reception date and time of the buyer as to the article regarding the selling and buying contract that the buyer approved by the means 12 has made, a means 17 which informs a deliverer of the desired reception date and time of the buyer and the article, and a means 18 which confirms that the deliverer has delivered the article to the buyer.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2001,JPO
