PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circular rail type centrifugal force propulsion device devised to simplify a structure and reduce weight. ;SOLUTION: A pair of weights m1, m2 are supported at both ends of a rotating rod B penetrating in the intersecting direction to a rotating shaft A. The pair of weights m1, m2 are revolutably supported on a circular rail C fixed to a main body (a mobile unit not shown in Fig.), a shaft core of the rotating shaft A is allowed to displace from a center position Q of the circular rail C (eccentricity e) so as to adjust and control the eccentricity amount of revolution movement of the weights m1, m2 or the rotational speed of the rotating shaft A.
