PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To permit the listening of sound information throughout from the beginning to the end efficiently and without generating the omission in the contents, by allowing the simultaneous operation of the sound recording and reproducing when the sound information outputted from a radio receiver, is recorded and listened by reproducing it. ;SOLUTION: This device is provided with an information storage means 23 capable of simultaneously writing and reading the information and also capable of random accessing, a sound recording control part 22 for consecutively writing the sound information outputted from a sound source (radio receiver 1) into the information storage means 23 in accordance with the change of time and also for holding the position of the sound information with respect to the change of that time as the information of the writing position, an operation input part 21 subjected to setting required for the recording/reproducing operation by the user, and a reproduction control part 24 for successively reading out the written information from the position specified by the user to output this information by converting the speaking speed at need when the start position of the read-out is specified by the operation input part 21 after the write-in of the sound information to the information storage means 23 is started.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2001,JPO
