摘要

PURPOSE: To realize a constant voltage division ratio by constituting high and low resistance parts of one resistor thereby equalizing the temperature characteristics. ;CONSTITUTION: A high resistance part 1 and a low resistance part 2 are formed of one resistor and connected in series. An intermediate terminal 3 is led out from the joint of the high and low resistance parts 1, 2, a high resistance terminal 4 is led out from the other end of the high resistance part 1, and a low resistance terminal 5 is led out from the other end of the low resistance part 2. The high resistance terminal 4 is spaced apart sufficiently from the intermediate terminal 3 and the low resistance terminal 5 so that discharge does not take place upon application of a high voltage. The high resistance part 1 has sufficient length so that a high applying voltage is distributed uniformly over the resistor thus protecting the resistor against dielectric breakdown. The high resistance part 1, the low resistance part 2, the intermediate terminal 3, the high resistance terminal 4, and the low resistance terminal 5 are formed on one resistance element substrate 7.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1995,JPO
