PURPOSE: To decrease the number of processes for construction by a method wherein a pit serving for both storm water and soil water is constructed of a pit body, a lid, two kinds of bottom members, each for a storm water pit and a soil water pit, and an intermediate supplementary pit, all of which are made mainly of reinforced plastic. ;CONSTITUTION: A pit body 10, a lid 20, a bottom member 30 for a storm water pit, a bottom member 40 for a soil water pit and an intermediate supplementary pit 50 are made mainly of reinforced plastic. When constructing a storm water pit, the pit body 10 is placed on a flange 33 of the bottom member 30 for the storm water pit and as occasion demands, the intermediate supplementary pit 50 is interposed between the bottom member 30 and the pit body 10. The lid 20 is then placed on a lid member 12 of the pit body 10 and at the same time, supplementary cylindrical bodies are fixed respectively to an inlet and an outlet of the pit body 10. When constructing a soil water pit, the bottom member 40 for the soil water pit is used instead of the bottom member 30.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1994,JPO&Japio
