METHOD FOR PREPARING ORGANIC FERTILIZER CONSISTING OF POULTRY MANURE AND SHOCHU LEE AS MAIN RAW MATERIAL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for preparing an excellent organic fertilizer in a short period of time in a good working environment by using poultry manure and Shochu (Japanese spirits) lees as main raw materials. SOLUTION: This method consists of a first stage of mixing (1) the poultry manure, (2) the Shochu lees, (3) a fermentation treating agent containing enzyme to decompose the poultry manure and the Shochu lees, (4) a soil conditioner and (5) a deodorant, a second stage of subjecting the mixture obtained in the first stage to crushing, fermenting and turning and a third stage of drying the mixture subjected to the second stage. The turning of the second stage is carried out while the fermentation treating agent and the deodorant are added to the mixture.
