PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cell-segregating and recovering filter for recovering only needed cells from a cell mixture in a simple operation in a high yield, to provide a cell-segregating and recovering material, and to provide a cell- segregating and recovering system. ;SOLUTION: This cell-segregating and recovering filter which is used for segregating and recovering recovery-needed cells from a cell group containing the recovery-needed cells and removal-targeted cells and in which a laminated filtration material is charged in a container having a liquid-charging port and a liquid-discharging port, characterized in that ≥25% of the total side surface area of the terminal surfaces of the filter medium is sealed in a fluid-tight state.
