PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To execute simply a foundation work by a method wherein outflow ports for letting a mortal or the like flow partly to the outisde are provided at hollow cylinders which are equipped with injection ports and filled with the mortar or the like.;SOLUTION: A hollow cylinder 1 is formed of a first hollow cylinder 1A, a second hollow cylinder 1B and a third hollow cylinder 1C. Injection ports 11A, 11B and 11C for injecting a concrete therethrough are provided respectively at the upper end of the hollow cylinders. Outflow ports 3 are formed at peripheral walls 10A, 10B and 10C. Then, the hollow cylinder 1C is erected in a pit 5 and cobble stones T1 are accumulated, surrounding the hollow cylinder, and a back-filling is made with sand and earth T2. The hollow cylinder 1B is erected on the hollow cylinder 1C and after the hollow cylinder 1A is fitted onto the hollow cylinder 1B, the cobble stones T1 are accumulated and the back-filling is made with the sand and earth T2. Then, a reinforcing bar basket is inserted into the hollow cylinders, and a concrete is injected through the injection port 11A. The concrete flows out partly through the outflow ports 3 into spaces in the cobble stones T1 at the outside, and a hardened concrete serves as an anchor together with the cobble stones T1.
