PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for detecting destruction and shift in slope or its signs in an inclined place at a low cost and with a simple device and issuing an alarm.;SOLUTION: A luminous diode and an optical sensor are attached at one end of a pipe and a reflection mirror at the other end or a luminous diode are attached at one end of a pipe, which is embedded in the ground. Then, by the abnormality of shift of ground, the pipe receives stress and the optical sensor reacts and the abnormality can be notified.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2001,JPO
