PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a remote medical consultation support terminal which enables a user to totally judge various medical consultation information while displaying medical images and auxiliary symbols such as a marker, selecting displayed images and auxiliary symbols, changing their display positions, and quitting the display. SOLUTION: When change of the display state of a medical image is indicated, an identifier retrieval means 17 retrieves the display object identifier corresponding to the medical image and a message generating means 15 generates a display state change message having an object medical image to be changed specified with the display object identifier and transmits it to an opposite terminal. The opposite terminal retrieves and specifies the display object corresponding to the display object identifier and changes the display state according to the indication of a display means 14.
