PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a force applying apparatus which can evaluate adhesion of the pole steel pipe and the filling concrete of a steel pole having a beam filled with concrete and can evaluate proof stress at the joint of the steel pole filled with concrete and the beam. ;SOLUTION: Upper and lower reaction receiving blocks 12 of a steel pole filled with concrete in the force application tester for a steel pole having a beam filled with concrete is provided with a supporting means comprising a first body 16 allowing rotational displacement of a steel pole filled with concrete connected to the end part of filling concrete 2, a pair of second bodies 15a allowing rotational displacement of the steel pole filled with concrete connected, respectively, to a pair of fixing seats 27 secured to the opposite side faces at the end part of a pole steel pipe, and a pair of bodies 14a allowing vertical displacement of the steel pipe pole connected to the back of the second body.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2001,JPO
