PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce and provide a useful and helpful technical means (in- drilling pipe remote measuring instrument, its method and its system) for transmitting an electromagnetic signal consisting of data which are obtained from at least one transducer in a drilling pipe. ;SOLUTION: The remote measurement transmitter positioned inside a drilling pipe consists of one input for exchanging data obtained from at least one transducer which is arranged for sensing one or the both of the parameter of the drilling pipe (upper part 10 of the drilling pipe and lower part 14 of the drilling pipe) and the parameter of a circumferential medium. The transmitter adaptively varies power outputs from a magnetic dipole 24 arranged for transmitting an electromagnetic data signal and an electric dipole 38 arranged for transmitting the electromagnetic data signal, in accordance with the directions of the magnetic dipole 24, the electric dipole 38 and the storing part of the transmitter in the drilling pipe and with the electric resistance rate of a medium surrounding around the storing part of the transmitter in the drilling pipe.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2001,JPO
