METHOD FOR PRODUCING EXTRACT OF MYCELIUM AND/OR FRUIT BODY OF AGARICUS BLAZEI

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for stably supplying an extract of Agaricus blazei at a low cost. SOLUTION: The objective method contains (1) a step to prepare a medium by fermenting a medium raw material at 55-65 deg.C at a water-content of 60-75 wt.% for 7-20 days, (2) a step to proliferate fungus on a culture bed formed by using the obtained medium to effect the culture of the mycelium and/or fruit body of Agaricus blazei and (3) a step to extract the objective component from the obtained mycelium and/or fruit body of Agaricus blazei with an extraction solvent selected from water, ethanol and a mixture of water and ethanol.
