PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify clamping work of a wire rope to a skater by a single worker.;SOLUTION: In the substantially central part in the longitudinal direction of a holding tool body 7 constituting a holding tool A, a fulcrum shaft 16 for working the holding tool body 7 as a lever is installed, and in the front end of the holding tool body 7, a guide roller 14 for supporting a wire rope W11 is installed, while a locking plate 21 for locking the holding tool body 7 turned around the fulcrum shaft 16 so as to be pressed down in a guide rail G is installed in the rear end part.
