PURPOSE:To produce a bag by folding one film even in an inside and outside different layer bag by superposing the innermost sealable films of inside and outside laminated films one on another in opposed relationship and heat-sealing the superposed inside and outside laminated films. CONSTITUTION:A laminated film 16 having a sealable film as the film layer on the innermost layer side thereof is equally divided or folded in its lateral direction to form inside and outside laminated films 16a, 16b corresponding to the inside and outside of a bag. A bag consisting of mutually different inside and outside laminated films 11, 12 is formed by a different-layer forming process heat-sealing a heat-sealable film 18 to the heat-sealable film 18 on the innermost layer side of one of the inside and outside printed laminated films 16a, 16b. In a heat sealing process, the superposed inside and outside laminated films 11, 12 are heat-sealed at three sides, subjected to back lining or heat-sealed at two sides.
