PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an antitumor substance, i.e., tumor cell-degenerated substance, by synthesis from a tumor cell-derived substance using a bacterial enzyme (Escherichia coli). SOLUTION: A tumor cell-derived substance (a fundamental substance for synthesizing an antitumor substance, i.e., tumor cell-degenerated substance) is identified, and from which the objective antitumor substance, i.e., tumor cell-degenerated substance is synthesized by the action of a bacterial enzyme (Escherichia coli), and both the molecular weight and molecular structure of the objective substance are elucidated, and based on the result, the estimated structural formula of the objective substance is shown.
