PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a binder for a water-permeable concrete pavement, capable of constructing the water-permeable concrete pavement having a large coefficient of permeability even if the flexural strength is ≥5.0 N/mm2, and capable of being concreted at site, and further to provide the water-permeable concrete pavement concreted at the site by using the binder for the water-permeable concrete pavement. ;SOLUTION: This binder for the water-permeable concrete pavement comprises at least a cement, a pozzolanic fine powder, a fine aggregate having ≤2 mm particle diameter, a water reducing agent and water. Preferably, the binder cantains a metallic fiber and/or an organic fiber, a quartz powder having 3-20 μm average particle diameter, a fibrous particles having ≤1 mm average particle diameter or a flaky particles besides them. The water-permeable concrete pavement concreted at the site is obtained by laying a kneaded product for the pavement obtained by kneading a coarse aggregate with the binder for the water-permeable concrete pavement regulated so that the volume ratio of the binder to the coarse aggregate may be 0.3-0.8.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2001,JPO
