PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that received fruits and vegetables cannot be cooled efficiently, since a conventional differential pressure ventilation cooling device has been fixedly installed, at the same time the fruit and vegetables need to be carried in and out, and further the inside of a precooler cannot be effectively used. ;SOLUTION: This simplified differential pressure precooling device consists of a body part that covers the upper surface of a shipment container, such as a stacked corrugated board box and a container and has a fan nearly at a center part, and a curtain part for surrounding the outer-periphery surface of the shipment container. In the body part, a frame body where an outlet for mounting the fan to the central part and a fixed frame that is placed at the stacked shipment container are connected by a connection lever is formed, and the body part may be formed by converting the frame body with a sheet which excludes the outlet and may be formed in one piece by a plate-shaped body, where the outlet for mounting the fan to the central part is provided at the central part.
