JAPANESE 50 SYLLABARY CHART FOR ROMAN LETTER INPUT TO BE CONVERTED INTO JAPANESE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the grasping of characters to be converted by preparing a layout in such a manner that all conversions may be easily grasped by applying corresponding input Roman letters to kana (Japanese characters), and at the same time, color-sorting an input table into groups by effectively using a blank space being next to a Roman letter input indication for a smaller consonant 'tsu' of a double consonant. ;SOLUTION: As shown by mark 5, in the adjacent column of 'tsui', 'tsuu' is displayed in kana, and at the corresponding Roman letter section, 'TSUXU' for 'tsu', and 'XU' for 'u' are arranged in parallel, and input characters, 'TSUXU', are indicated. Also, as shown by mark 3, in a blank column next to a smaller consonant 'tsu' (XTU), a rule for the Roman letter input, wherein two consonants are continued in the latter section such as 'KITTO', 'KOPPU' AND 'SAKKI', is listed. In addition, as shown by mark 4, by color-sorting into groups in rows of 'A', 'KA', 'SA', 'TA' and 'NA', a Japanese 50 syllabary chart for Roman letter input to be converted into Japanese, of which the layout is prepared without waste, can be obtained.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2001,JPO
