PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To fuse a plurality of works not to shift from each other by providing a fixing means for fixing the plurality of works not to shift from each other while preventing laser beam radiation. ;SOLUTION: First and second works 14, 15 are laminated and placed on a turntable 3, and then a cylinder is operated to lift down a rod. Thus, a pressing plate presses the first and second works 14, 15 not to shift from each other and from the turntable 3. When the turntable 3 is rotated, a cylinder 11 rotates with the first and second works 14, 15 with pressing the first and second works 14, 15.
