PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide negative temperature coefficient thermistor paste, in which wettability with a metal oxide powder from a low temperature at low viscosity is improved, even when glass containing no lead is used, so as not to cause environmental problems caused by lead and which can form a negative temperature coefficient thermistor film having low resistance.;SOLUTION: In negative temperature coefficient thermistor paste containing a metal oxide powder having negative thermistor characteristics, glass powder and an organic vehicle, a substance containing no lead and comprising a bismuth oxide as a main component is used as glass which constitutes glass powder.
