PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a method and a device that can transfer a large amount of data at a high speed without the need for complicated arithmetic operations.;SOLUTION: This method uses a multiplexer to multiplex data streams into one channel. Data packets are divided into segments, a time label is assigned to each data packet and the time label is sent to the multiplexer. On the other hand, the multiplexer sorts the time labels received to decide a transmission time label with a fastest estimate arrival time and deletes the transmission time label after transmission of segments of the transmission data packet.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2001,JPO
