METHOD FOR CONTROLLING OSCILLATOR ACTING TO CORIOLIS CONDUIT OF CORIOLIS FLOW RATE MEASURING APPARATUS FOR FLUID, POWER FEED CIRCUIT OF OSCILLATOR OF FLOW RATE MEASURING APPARATUS FOR FLUID BASED ON CORIOLIS PRINCIPLE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for controlling an oscillator acting to a Coriolis conduit of a Coriolis flow rate measuring apparatus for fluid, and a power feed circuit for oscillator which can utilize an existing electric energy well for feeding power to an oscillator with the use of the single or a plurality of the oscillators. ;SOLUTION: In the method for controlling an oscillator acting to a Coriolis conduit of a Coriolis flow rate measuring apparatus for fluid, and the power feed device for the oscillator of the fluid flow rate measuring apparatus based on the Coriolis principle, pulse-shaped sine wave signals modulated in pulse width are supplied to the oscillator. Since a heat loss at an amplifier circuit is reduced, an electric power utilizable to feed power to the oscillator can be used more favorably.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2001,JPO
