PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To highly efficiently design a house at low cost by enabling a new construction, reform or change just in time by previously scheduling layout through terminal equipment.;SOLUTION: An external storage means 2 for a client managing file, various makes or drawing management is electrically connected to a central processing unit(CPU) 1, a client 3 and a designer 4 or the like are connected through the terminal equipment of the Internet 3' and 4', and the information of desired data is mutually transmitted, collated and adopted by the CPU 1. Arrangements are made on the screen of the terminal equipment so that the client 3 and the designer 4 or the like meet on the job site when conditions of both sides match, and a work schedule is completed all at one.
