Essence A device comprises storage hoppers of covering and inner materials respectively 1 and 2 mounted by the course of technological process, scales 3, a device for steaming lao-cha, a device for heating press-forms 10, a hydraulic press 7 with the upper 9 and the lower 8 plates, a means for feeding the press-forms to the hydraulic press, a device for staying tile tea in the press-forms and dismantling press-forms. The means for feeding press-forms to the press is a carrier 16, which has the form of the box 17 of rectangular parallelepiped made of the sheet steel, the upper and the lower parts of which are open. The box of the carrier by its lower part is fixed on the support platform 20 with rollers 19. The carrier by means of the rollers is mounted on the slides 21 rigidly fixed on the lower plate of the hydraulic press with the possibility of back-and-forth motion. The carrier has the window 22 for placing the press-form therein, a stop 23 with the handle, which is hingedly attached to the wall of the box, on which the window is located and a plate 24, which is placed between the stop and the wall of the press-form. The device for heating the press-form represents a chamber 25, in which the steam pipe-lines 26 are disposed in a tiered way. The steam device for steaming lao-cha is made in the form of the table 4 with the grid surface having the steam pipe-line 6. The device for staying tile tea in the press-forms is a table 27, on which the press-forms are placed one above the other. 3. Field of Application Devices for production of tile tea.
