Thermic nitrous oxide-reducing installation with high energy-saving effect in oil and gas-fired burners of boilers and ovens involves flue gases cooled in combustion hearth and fed back to burner head for mixture with flame
The thermic nitrous oxide-reducing installation with high energy-saving effect in oil and gas-fired burners (3) of boilers and ovens involves flue gases cooled (6,7,8) in the combustion hearth (2) and fed back (11) to the burner head for mixture with the flame. This produces a flame with lower temperature, so that the nitrous oxide formed is drastically restricted. Through the lower flame temperature and the additionally heated surface of the cooled spiral/pipe assembly (4), the flue gas (10) temperature in the outlet from the boiler/stoking pipe is considerably lower and the boiler efficiency greatly improved.
