Invention discloses method for measuring morphological parametres - of surface, length and width of leaves of European bleech (Fagus sylvatica L.) spring sprouts by method of calculation coeficients. Calculation coeficient of each of said morphological parametres is non-dimensional value defined as total quotient of measured corresponding parametre values of all leaves on the sprout and parametre value of the concrete leaf. Process of application of the method of calculation coeficients is as follows: a) on each of the spring sprouts set each morphological parametre only of one leaf is measured, b) its selection to set up the selected parametre of the whole sprout is statistically defined with the highest precision which is changed with the position of the leaves on the sprout, c) result of value conjuction of selected parametre and corresponding calculation coeficients is the morphological parametre value, which represents whole sprout. Results are not effected neither by the age of the bleech individuals, nor by the condition of the energy income in the growing process.
