The invention relates to the medicine, in particular to the vertebrology, the manual therapy and neurology, namely to the method for the combined conservative treatment of the hernias in the intervertebral disks of the lumbar and sacral division of the backbone. The method comprises the exposure to the vibrations and the manual backbone decompression. Each muscular group of the lower limbs as well as the backbone area is exposed in turn to the vibrations. Concurrently the manual therapy is performed affecting the same muscular group of the lower limbs that is exposed to the vibrations switching then lengthwise the vertebral axis. The exposure to the vibrations and the manual therapy is combined with the discrete injection of Diprospan and Novocaine under the interspinal ligaments of the affected segment and the piriform muscle of the affected side.
