This invention relates to a repertory of nucleic sequences usable for thedetectionand/or identification of a bacterial, fungal or parasitical species, genus,family or group.This repertory is created by amplifying the nucleic acids of a plurality ofgiven specieswith given primers. From this repertory are derived species-, genus-, family-orgroup-specific oligonucleotides used as probes or primers. Also, universalprobes or primersare derived from the same repertory. All these probes or primers can be usedinconjunction with probes or primers specific to the detection of any antibioticresistancegene and/or toxin gene, in kits or methods designed for the detection of a setofbacteria, fungi or parasites, in association or not with antibiotic resistanceor toxinproduction.
