The acoustic screen panel in the form of a block of the insulating material fixed in a metal frame with a covering lattice, characteristic of the fact that the stone wool block (1) has a core (2) approximately equal to (0,4-0,8) of the block thickness and lower density, as well as two covering layers (3) of approximate equal thickness but higher density. The block (1) is covered on both sides with a mesh (4) of circa 1 mm in diameter, advisably polyurethane as well as with a mesh (5) of circa few millimeters in diameter, advisably polyurethane.
