A method of publishing third-party non-patent-pending invention disclosure on a global information network site (8). The invention disclosures are published and made available to the public (4) on a searchable database (2) nearly simultaneously with their receipt. Thus, within a few moments of the drafting of the disclosure, it will be available to server as a defense against the patenting of the invention that is described in the disclosure. This method precludes the filing of a patent application by a third party between the time that a disclosure is submitted for publication and the time it is actually published, as is possible with all currently available methods.
