An electronic revenue settlement system and a business method for wireless carriers and information/commerce merchants with applications on mobile phones, personal digital assistants, interactive pagers, and similar mobile devices. Based on customer activity, merchants will provide some form of credit or debit, revenue, or other monetary incentive system based on each customer's actions. This credit or debit may be applied to each customer's wireless carrier bill. These credits or debits may be tracked or logged using activity detail records and/or forwarded to a service bureau that will handle the reconciliation of these credits or debits.
