PURPOSE: A method for applying to college entrance through the Internet and mobile communication, is provided to select desiring departments and colleges for application at any place in wired/wireless. CONSTITUTION: Private basic data are registered through the Internet. Applications of desiring departments and colleges are written and applied by using mobile communication and Internet. Data received through the application are verified and processed on the basis of selection standards by colleges. Selection fee and commission are paid through authenticated payment means. Examination numbers are delivered and examination certificates are outputted through data storage. Received data are provided to colleges.
