MANUFACTURING METHOD OF LOW HEAT GENERATING AND HIGH FLUIDITY CONCRETE WITHOUT COMPACTION USING BELITE-RICH CEMENT, ULTRA-FINE CERAMIC POWDER, HIGH EFFICIENCY WATER REDUCING AGENT, AND HYDROXY PROPYL METHYL CELLULOSE(HPMC)-BASED THICKENER
PURPOSE: Provided is a manufacturing method of low heat generating, high fluidity, high strength concrete using belite(C2S)-rich cement, ultra-fine ceramic powder, high efficiency water reducing agent and HPMC-based thickener. CONSTITUTION: The low heat generating and high fluidity concrete is manufactured by the following steps: mixing 100pts.wt. of belite-rich cement as a binder with 10-150pts.wt. of two or more mixed fine powder selected from blast furnace slag, fly ash, silica hume and limestone; adding 1-3wt% of high efficiency water reducing agent based on naphthalene, melamine, polycarboxyl, aminosulfone and carboxyl containing ester; adding 0.01-1wt.% of HPMC-based thickener with 1000-14000cps or higher of viscosity.
