PURPOSE: A continuous plating method of soft nickel, hard nickel and ultra hard nickel of mold efficiently and economically manufactures continuous molding mold having a high heat resistance, durability, abrasion resistance and tight contacting force. CONSTITUTION: A continuous plating method of soft nickel, hard nickel and ultra hard nickel of mold is as follows. A three layered plating of soft nickel, hard nickel and ultra hard nickel is continuously done with exchanging a plating solution in a plating bath for the life extension and the economical production of a copper mold. Further, an activated agent and air are added into the exchanged old soft plating solution. Then, added agents A and B are eliminated from the solution by a constant voltage electrolysis. The added agents A and B are eliminated from the solution by an add of the activated agent, sulphuric acid and air. The added agents A and B are eliminated from the solution by repeating the circulation of the solution through an activated agent filter.
