Further, an activated agent and air are added into the exchanged old soft plating solution. Then, added agents A and B are eliminated from the solution by a constant voltage electrolysis. The added agents A and B are eliminated from the solution by an add of the activated agent, sulphuric acid and air. The added agents A and B are eliminated from the solution by repeating the circulation of the solution through an activated agent filter.
