PURPOSE: A rubber tired mobile gantry harbor crane is provided to perform all kinds of container handling by horizontally moving a trolley over a girder and a boom at high speed. CONSTITUTION: A rubber tired mobile gantry harbor crane includes at least four legs(1.1) vertically installed with at least eight rubber tires(1.15) and a truck(1.14), seal beams(1.10) and tie beam(1.4) connecting the upper and lower ends of the legs, support beams(1.5) connecting the spaces of the legs on the upper part of the tie beam, upper legs(1.6) connecting the space of one leg in reversed V shape and a supporting frame(1.8) slantingly connecting with the other leg at the upper leg, a top beam(1.7) installed in the top of the upper leg, a girder(1.2) and a boom(1.3) horizontally spread cross the legs under the support beams, and a fore stay(1.9) slantingly coupled with the boom, through a pin connection with the supporting frame, wherein the rubber tired mobile gantry harbor crane includes a horizontal motion trolley(1.17) hung under rails installed in the girder and the boom and horizontally moving, an engine generator room(1.11) installed in the bottom surface of the seal beam of a land side, a machine room(1.12) and an electricity room(1.13) installed on the upper surface of the seal beam of the land side, a main hoist device(1.19) and a boom pulling device(1.20), an operation room(1.18) installed in the upper part of the leg for operating the crane, a horizontal motion driving device(1.21) installed on the trolley, and a travel driving device(1.22), outriggers(1.16), tie downs(1.23) installed between rubber tires.
