PURPOSE: An apparatus for generating a data file using document agreement information from an electronic document and a method thereof and an electronic document interchange system using thereof are provided to extract data, and to generate data file by verifying an error of data inputted by a user using document agreement information, and by using the document agreement information without a specific document interpretation course. CONSTITUTION: An electronic document preparing unit(301) provides a fixed type document to a user through a user interface, and enables the user to input data. A data file generating unit(302) applies agreement information of relevant document through the electronic document preparing unit(301), verifies an error of the data inputted. In addition, the data file generating unit(302) extracts the data, and generates a fixed form of data file. An information storing unit(303) stores a document form(304) provided from the unit(301), document agreement information(305) and data file generated from the unit(302).
