Sight Protection Monitor and Private use Limit Tech

PURPOSE: A monitor and a method for preventing computer usage for eye protection are provided to reduce a side effect with respect to operation of a computer by restricting using of computer to a child. CONSTITUTION: If a sensor is accessed to a predetermined distance, a monitor of a computer is darken gradually, and if the sensor is more accessed to a distance inducing deterioration of an eyesight, the monitor is turned off. The promise number which is increased repeatedly whenever a computer user accesses to a computer at a pre-set distance and a stopping time for stopping an operation of a computer are inputted, and thus if the promise number is exceeded by a pre-set number, an operation of the computer is restricted.
