PURPOSE: A culture bottle for the cultivation of mushroom capable of cultivating mushroom two times or more by pouring a medium in a culture bottle only one time and a method for cultivation of the same are provided, which can reduce cultivation period and control an amount and quality of mushroom. CONSTITUTION: The culture bottle comprises a bottle opened at the upper part and lower part, and a cap for sealing the opened lower part. After mushroom is harvested by using the culture bottle, the bottle is turned over and then cultivation is carried out in the second stage.
